Rustic Moroccan Loaf Photos

This is, hands down, our favorite bread recipe so far.  Bread flour mix (made of sorghum, millet, potato starch, and tapioca starch), a little corn free xanthan gum, water, yeast, and salt come together for the closest thing to a french bread loaf we’ve found.  Best fresh out of the oven and so easy to make, the picture above is after the rise and the picture below is after putting some cuts in it and baking.
