Here’s the link to the recipe at Foodista: Allergy Free Strawberry Cupcakes, it is so very good and I loved using the immersion blender to get the fresh strawberries into a puree. The frosting, when you dip a strawberry into it, tastes like strawberries and whipped cream. It was a big hit with everyone.

I was trying to make the blueberry with the strawberries look like a shooting star, I’m not sure that was how it turned out but E loved the addition of the blueberries!
