Here are things we eat that I’ve blogged about. Our restrictions mean these have to be wheat free, egg free, milk free, corn free, soy free, peanut free, tree nut free, sesame free, oat free, grape free, watermelon free, and now for some, tomato free, among other things. So pretty much allergy free/allergen free. Oh, and we were vegetarian to start so there’s no meat though I think one or two might have honey so that may not be vegan for some.
These may be useful if you are trying to do an elimination diet to pinpoint allergies as a nursing mother, and many are dishes I’ve served to non-allergic folks and they’ve enjoyed them.
