Here are things we eat that I’ve blogged about. Our restrictions mean these have to be a varying combination of top 8 free, sesame free, oat free, and up until recently free of other things depending on how the kids have handled different foods. Our allergy list has been changing, however, so always evaluate things for your needs. Oh, and we were vegetarian so there’s no meat though I think one or two might have honey so that may not be vegan for some. These may be useful if you are trying to do an elimination diet to pinpoint allergies as a nursing mother, and many are dishes I’ve served to non-allergic folks and they’ve enjoyed them.
